• Friday Afternoon: Cardiff
• Saturday mornings: Llangattock to Brecon

You don't need to be in - we will leave it in a safe place.

Where we deliver

New home delivery to Cardiff, along with our existing route from Abergavenny to Brecon, and everywhere in between. If you're not sure if we deliver to you, send us a message with your postcode and we'll see what we can do.

Each box is individually labelled with your name and box size - please double check you have the right box.

Cwmbran: Thursdays from 10am at Zero Waste Torfaen, Redbrook Way, Southville, Cwmbran NP44 3QT. Please bring a reusable bag.

Cardiff Rhiwbina: Fridays 10am–1pm at Rhiwbina Farmers Market, Ye Olde Butcher's Arms, Heol y Felin, Rhiwbina, CF14 6NB. Please bring a reusable bag.

Pontrilas (£2 fee): Delivered Thursday from 2pm at GVs Cafe, Pontrilas, Hereford HR2 0BA. Please bring a reusable bag

Abergavenny: Fridays from Abergavenny Garden Centre, Church Lane, Llanfoist, Abergavenny, NP7 9LF.

Crickhowell: Saturdays 9am–5pm at Natural Weigh, Shop 3, The Corn Exchange, 54 High St, Crickhowell NP8 1BH. Please bring a reusable bag.

Monmouthshire Primary Schools: We currently have 3 primary schools as Thursday collection points, for staff and parents only.

Can I Choose the Items In My Veg Box?

What is in a veg box varies and changes every week depending on what is in season and what Organic items are available locally. We change the items every week, meaning you get to be adventurous and try things you wouldn't have otherwise chosen, and you get to eat a seasonal, local, Organic diet. You can tell us about any veggies you don't like or are allergic to and we will substitute them.

How Many Veg Items Will I Get?

Each week it will vary slightly, but you can generally expect 7 items for small, 8 for medium and 10 for large. It may be more or less depending on their value – asparagus, for example, is 4 times the value of swede, so this way you don't miss out. The volume also changes by box size. Potatoes example: Small 1 kg, Medium 1.2 kg, Large 2 kg.

How Should I Store My Vegetables?

The fridge is best in the crisper drawer. We highly recommend putting any greens (chard, asparagus, kale, etc.) into a plastic bag or Tupperware to improve their shelf life. Even baby carrots and beetroot would prefer to be sealed — fridges are the right temperature but tend to dry out unwrapped veggies.

What Veggies Should I Expect?

The veggie forecast is available on your veg box dashboard a couple of days before delivery. When you get your order confirmation email, it will direct you to your dashboard where you can see what to expect (this may vary slightly as we harvest).

Are All the Vegetables Local and Organic?

All the vegetables in the veg box are certified organic. Most items are from our farm or other local organic farms. Sometimes we source UK organic items when they aren't available locally — such as mushrooms — to give you some variety.

What Does Organic Mean?

'Organic' essentially means 'without reliance on synthetic chemicals'. To use the word 'organic', a farm must be registered and inspected by an organic control body. We use the Welsh Organic scheme, but there are others, like Organic Farmers and Growers and the Soil Association. Organic farmers aim to produce high-quality food using methods that benefit our whole food system — from people to planet, plant health to animal welfare.
