Grilled Asparagus With a Kick

Ingredients

1 bunch asparagus, washed and ends trimmed
2 T olive oil
Juice and zest from half a lemon
1 medium garlic clove, finely minced
1 T fresh rosemary, minced
Chili flakes to taste
salt and pepper to taste
1 oz goat cheese

Directions

Prepare grill. Toss asparagus with olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper and chili flakes. Grill asparagus under tender, turning at least once. Transfer to a platter and drizzle the remaining olive oil mixture all over. Sprinkle goat cheese on top.

Our boys are 6 & 8, demolishing humus carrot snack… we run out of Langtons carrots so prepare more (still organic and from a top-end supermarket!). No joke, they announce that the new carrots are nowhere near as tasty. Well done Langtons!
