David (Katherine's Husband) is the entrepreneur and dreamer of the team, always looking for new ways to grow and develop the business, setting up new systems, building things, ordering new tools and parts, driving about collecting things and delivering veggies for veg boxes and to restaurants. When he's not busy doing all that, he loves the seedlings and being in the polytunnel.
I appreciate the fact it is all organic and grown locally with the greatest care for our environment. This means a lot to me. Far better than any supermarket food, even their ‘organic’ items.
