David (Katherine's Husband) is the entrepreneur and dreamer of the team, always looking for new ways to grow and develop the business, setting up new systems, building things, ordering new tools and parts, driving about collecting things and delivering veggies for veg boxes and to restaurants. When he's not busy doing all that, he loves the seedlings and being in the polytunnel.
On every level this is the right thing to do. As soon as we switched I found myself wondering why I hadn’t done it sooner. Organic is a no-brainer. Local is a no-brainer. And our farmers are lovely people who we get to chat to!
