How do I opt to collect from my primary school?
If your school is a veg box collection point then ask your school for the access code to be able to collect your box from the school. Input this code while you are ordering via our website, in the section just after you input your home address. This will ensure your box goes to the right collection point and your school project will also receive 8% of the sales that are collected from the school.
What day do I collect my veg box?
Thursdays after school.
Can I choose home delivery instead?
Yes, if you live within our delivery area there is a £2.50 home delivery fee, and your school will not receive 8% of the sale.
What about the school holidays?
Each school will have a different way of distributing boxes in the school holidays, we will communicate directly with you about where your box safe place is and where you can collect it from. You can also pause your veg box for any weeks you are away don't need a box via your online veg box account and the "edit pauses" button. Don't forget to click save after editing.
